Grant sat down with Darius the co-founder of Unlimited Technologies who is the creator of Vertex Protocol. Vertex will launch on Arbitrum with an order book AMM hybrid DEX something which has not been seen before. 
This is a project that is not yet live so there is lots of alpha in this one.
