We chat about the XTC format - group stage vs finals, list choices,
faction choices. We get a bit of insight in to the pairings process and possible improvements for the XTC in future years.

As it's the last show of the year we thought we'd also chat to our guests about their highlights for 2023 and what they are looking forward to from 2024!
