Unfortunately, with the market being as feverish as it is, many people have no choice when moving but to buy the most expensive home in a given neighborhood. So what are the considerations for making such a purchase? Is it an automatic death sentence to your home's longterm value if you buy at the top of the market for that neighborhood?
