It stands to reason that renting has also gotten more expensive in recent years, but not all is as it appears. In this episode, we look at a hot neighborhood in Greer, SC that has had a lot of properties sold and rented the past few years and analyze how the last 6 months of 2021 compared to 2019 in terms of the costs to buy and rent within that neighborhood.
