Brian is an industry veteran who has worked at some of the most storied breweries in the country (Schlitz!) and founded his lager-centric Moonlight Brewing in Santa Rosa in 1992. The company has gone through several partnerships over the last decade but is now back in the hands of Brian and his most recent partner, Patrick Rue, founder of The Bruery.
