Targeted Individuals, or "T.I.'s", are a group of people who definitely do NOT have schizophrenia, and believe they are being manipulated and monitored by a mysterious crew of "gang stalkers." Nobody is sure if it is the government, or the illuminati, or aliens behind it, but what they do know is the voices in their heads are not mental illness, but instead a technology called "Voice-To-Skull," or, bafflingly, "V2K."
