Anec, a prominent trade group, projects Brazilian corn exports to reach 55.95 million tons (up 25% from last year), and soybean exports to reach 101.2 million tons (up 30% from last year and almost 17% higher than the previous record).? SRW Wheat Flash Sales to China Continue:USDA reports another flash sale of 372,000 metric tons (14 million bushels) of soft red winter wheat to China. This marks the third SRW wheat flash sale to China this week, totaling 1.01 million metric tons (37 million bushels). Additionally, US exporters sold 136,000 metric tons (5 million bushels) of soybeans to China.? Russian Winter Crop Conditions:Russia's winter crops are in better condition than last year, with only 4% rated as poor and thin. This rating is below the five-year average of 8%. Russia's agriculture ministry anticipates the second-largest crop on record, maintaining its position as the world's top wheat exporter.? US Ethanol Production Increases:Weekly US ethanol production rises to 1.08 million barrels, reflecting a 6.4% increase compared to the prior week and a 5.7% rise year-over-year. Ethanol stocks stand at 21.4 million barrels, slightly up from the previous week but down 6.5% from the same week last year. Implied gasoline demand shows a 3.2% increase week-over-week and a 1.8% rise compared to the same week last year.? Suez Canal Incident:A ship collision occurred in the Suez Canal as a containership struck a floating bridge in the eastern lane. Tugboats assisted in pulling the damaged ship, which experienced rudder issues. Ship traffic continued with rerouted vessels. The ship, traveling from Singapore to the Netherlands, can carry about 9,000 containers.? Cryptocurrency Debate:JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon advocates for banning cryptocurrencies, stating that bitcoin and others should be shut down.
