Melinda Snodgrass is an accomplished science fiction writer whose credits include the Star Trek The Next Generation episodes "The Measure of a Man," "Pen Pals," "Up the Long Ladder," "The Ensigns of Command," and "The High Ground."  She is also a graduate from University of New Mexico School of Law.
