Vampirism, the actions or practices of a vampire. A vampire who is considered to be a mythical creature subsists by feeding on the vital essence of the living, their blood. But what if I told you there have been many vampire legends over the centuries and all over the world? Would you entertain the possibility that these creatures could possibly be real? Today we will be discussing a very strange and not very well known vampire case. One that took place in Europe back in the 1700s. The number of witnesses and duration of said vampiric activity might just make you think. This is the legend of the monster of Medveđa which took place in Serbia.

In European folklore, vampires are undead creatures that often visited loved ones and caused mischief or deaths in the neighborhoods which they inhabited while they were alive.
