In addition to her roles with MIP as International Leadership Developer for Southern Africa, Global Prison Ministry Liaison, AZ State Team International Liaison, and Prodigal Group Leader, Kay also serves as president of Swaziserve, Inc. She and her husband, John, founded the ministry in 2009 before selling or giving away almost everything they owned to be missionaries in eSwatini and South Africa.
