Finally, Tammy Murphy, the wife of New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, is running for the U.S. Senate seat currently held by Bob Menendez. Despite having never run for office, Murphy is expected to have an advantage from the relationships that both she and the governor have in New Jersey’s Democratic Party.
