We kicked off the show with Anthony Broome from theWolverine.com to get an update on Harbaugh and Michigan. Anthony told us it's been a quiet day thus far, gave his thoughts on if the Big Ten is going to hand down punishment soon, gave his opinion on how the Big Ten Commissioner has been handling the situation, and much more. We talked about our Grand Rapids Griffins in our second hour as we were joined by their newly named Head Coach, Dan Watson. He talked to us about the transition from Coaching in Toledo to moving here to Coach our Griffins. He filled us in on what he plans on bringing to this team, discussed all of the talent he has to work with, discussed the future of this team, and so much more. We were then joined by Trey Conner who is the VP of our Grand Rapids Gold. Their season gets started this Sunday downtown at Van Andel Arena, so Trey joined us to talk about what's different this year, told us about having some more weekend games downtown this year, and so much more. In our final hour, we were joined by Josh Garvey from Doeren Mayhew as well as Lomas Brown for our weekly Lions/NFL segment. Huge, Josh, and Lomas talked about our Detroit Lions coming off the bye-week fully healthy. They also discussed what they hope to see against the the Chargers on Sunday, gave their picks for all of the NFL games this weekend, and more. We were then joined by Linnae Satterlee from Van Andel Institute, as well as Chris Cadeau & Ryan DeHommel from the K-Wings Hockey Public Relations team.
