The conference was organized by the Environmental Defense Fund, SBP and American University. The event brought together experts focusing on the role of insurance in building equity in disaster recovery, reducing future losses, new innovations in expanding coverage and the role of insurance in managing increasing climate-related disasters. You’ll hear the need for insurance companies to conduct climate risk analysis and the role of government in addressing these issues.
