The Tokyo Electric Power Company, or TEPCO, has started the 3rd round of discharge of what they call treated water from the damaged Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant. The discharge of nearly 8,000 tons of contaminated water started last Thursday. Polls show Japanese people and those in affected regions are yet to be convinced of the reliability of the plan.
