Everyone can benefit from calling in a professional, in this case we need help working through options when it comes to  design choices here at the Smart Old House.  My guest this week is Dave Rademaker, an old house specialist from Michigan who has been on the show twice before- Kitchens and Baths in Old Houses (episode 65) and an episode I called old house renovation conundrums when we were shopping for an old house, episode 91. We talked about window choices, about kitchen design (again, but this time our kitchen design) and whether we need a second bath upstairs. About my guest: Dave Rademacher is one half of the Rademacher Revival team, along with his wife Brittany. Together, they hold a Michigan builder’s license and have a Degree in Residential Design.
