A landmark federal court ruling issued on July 4th has sent shockwaves throughout the country and has HUGE implications for the survival of free speech in America. As the court found, the Republican attorneys general "have produced evidence of a massive effort by Defendants, from the White House to federal agencies, to suppress speech based on its content."
