We’ve seen instances of high visibility jobs, such as aircrew, stand up for each other and plant their feet when circumstances arise that antagonize them. For aircraft mechanics though, it’s not as present. Some would argue that they don’t stand up for each other and would sooner vote with their feet than band together. Why is that?
