The Oregonian/OregonLive's Everton Bailey Jr., who covers City Hall, previews those hotly contested races and discusses why this could be the beginning of the end of the city's unique commissioner form of government.
Then, state politics reporter Hillary Borrud discusses the Democratic race for Secretary of State and other legislative races of significance.
