Folks, Richard is all about hope, courage and perseverance. From personal losses to medical struggles, much like Rocky, he continues to be good natured and holds a smile on his face for everyone. This former NYPD sergeant and survivor of 9/11, found a way to make a silver lining from such an unforgettable day, and improve the lives of those effected. This addition to the Rocky Bubble brings something extra special and deeply admired - the will and motivation to Keep Moving Forward!
