Lucy had just moved in with her new husband. Though she didn’t marry for love she felt like it would be easy to fall in love with this man. He cooked her 3 meals a day and got upset whenever she stepped foot in the kitchen.
He said he just wanted her to rest and be happy. It was sweet.
But soon Lucy noticed that even stepping foot near the kitchen would send her newlywed husband on edge… it felt like there was something in that kitchen she wasn’t allowed to see.
One day, while he was at work, she ventured into the kitchen to make a small snack. She opened the freezer —— and made eye contact.
