The attack on Israel makes me think of Eagle Pass, Texas.Israel has come under attack from Hamas. War is horrific, but we must also recognize that Hamas and Israel are not the same. In addition to this, in August of this year, we learned that weapons that General “White Rage” left for the Taliban have found their way into the hands of Hamas. Hundreds of people have been killed by Hamas; women and children murdered. This is reminiscent of Eagle Pass, Texas and the situation at our southern border. We have to believe that our southern border is not being taken advantage of by Hamas, but the fact is that they are here.
