In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a 25 year old viewer who says he read 3% Man, more than 15 times 5 years ago before meeting his current girlfriend of 4 years. However, over time he says he became complacent and stopped applying the fundamentals from the book. He became depressed over his job and eventually things spiraled out of control. She said she didn’t love him as much as she used to and wanted to be alone. They haven’t talked in 3 days and he is unsure of what to do to turn things around.
