The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is out with a new rule that could turn law-abiding citizens into criminals overnight. Senate Republicans have called it the “largest executive branch-imposed gun registration and confiscation scheme in American history.” The rule forces Americans who use gun-stabilizing braces to register their weapons or face potential felony charges.
