Description
Donne Shell played 14 seasons in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1974-1987. He went undrafted after playing college football at South Carolina State and in his rookie season with the Steelers, won the first of four Super Bowls in the 1970's. During his playing career, he was a three-time First Team All-Pro safety and was selected to five Pro Bowls. After retirement, Donnie waited 33 years until his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2020. Today on the podcast, we talk to Donnie Shell about winning four Super Bowls, his relationship with Tony Dungy, growing in his faith and using his Hall of Fame speech as a way to glorify God.
