Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his cabinet have kicked off their retreat in Hamilton. As members of the Liberal cabinet gather in Hamilton, a protest took place Monday to call for migrant workers to become permanent residents.  The federal government is funding an expansion and sustainability project at Hamilton's airport.  The Bank of Canada is expected to hike its key interest rate for the eighth consecutive time on Wednesday.  Hamilton's Sarah Nurse continues to help find Canada's next Olympic star.
