Elusive Otter is an adorable card that features a fan-favorite creature type but unlike past otters, this one packs a punch that can change a game in a big way. Having a one-drop threat that can grow so easily and become unblockable opens up tempo archetypes that are not top tier in the Standard meta as of this writing.

Having a green adventure attached to it also opens up some possibilities with combat tricks and protection spells like Tyvar's Stand. Simply put, this card might open up a new Standard archetype that feels familiar to fans of prowess.
