A topic that has not been recognized enough and a concern that needed to be raised. An architect can be triggered in the workplace environment by the lack of mental health balance. What are the underlying reasons for being triggered or feeling distressed or uncomfortable after receiving the sensation in terms of seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching? More often than not, trigger/s are just reminders of our discomfort and even fears about something.
