In this episode we speak with Peter Russell, Head Coach of the Manawatu Turbos discussing his coaching journey from an amatuer in the Wellington club scene during the late 90's / early 2000's through to his eventual professional career here in NZ and abroad.Peter has a an amazing story where his success came from his ability to create an environment where hard work was the norm and players were willing to change in order to raise standards to new heights.
