Myo Leahy is a priest in the Soto Zen lineage of Shunryu Suzuki-Roshi. He began his sitting practice in 1969 and chose to begin full-time training in 1982. He was ordained n 1986, received the Shuso (head Monk) initiation in 1989, and Shiho (dharma transmission) in March of 1999 from Tenshin Anderson-Roshi.
