But today, Daniela's guest believes this ongoing shift toward going digital could have disastrous results as businesses and governments increase surveillance over everyday people. George Gammon, macroeconomics expert and host of the Rebel Capitalist Show asserts that folks must be wary of the long-term implications of sharing their data with programs like Worldcoin. He says, "What they tell you is that in the future...once they start to monetize, basically your biometric data, then they'll give you dividends in the form of more cryptocurrency." George also believes that the debt imbalance we're experiencing right now won't change unless the central bank reigns in its overspending habit. "The problem isn't the debt it. It's government spending. They spent the money to accrue the debt to begin with," he claims. He concludes by discussing the impact of the de-dollarization trend on the U.S. economy, encouraging investors to monitor this global shift away from the U.S. dollar in order to gain a clearer perspective on today's chaotic market. "It's not just a matter of what is happening with the domestic economy within the United States. There's a lot more to it at play.
