There is a line in an old song by Mike & The Mechanics that goes “every generation, blames the one before”. However, these days it feels more like every generation rubbishes the next.
 
We have a huge wave of GenZ and Millennials joining the workforce and if we don’t learn how to attract and retain them, our business will always struggle.
 
I personally believe they are a wonderful generation full of passion and vision - you just have to be able to align their vision with your vision.
