Join us this week as we continue our commentary coverage of Invasion, by Story Archives. Week to week, hosts Mario Busto and Zachary Newton will be breaking down each episode of season one just in time for the premiere of season two on August 23rd. On this week’s episode, we break down Season One, Episode Two, titled ‘Crash’. We pick up with Aneesha, after having learned about her husband’s affair, she’s left to pick up the pieces for her entire family. We also check in with Mitsuki, who is in mourning about Hinata. And we are introduced to two new characters, Casper, a London teen who is navigating through school life- bullying, wooing his crush, and a medical condition that seems to cause seizures, as well as Trevante, an American Soldier investigating a platoon whose comms have gone dark. 

Starring Sam Neill, Shamier Anderson, and Shioli Kutsuna, Invasion is an Apple TV Plus Original Science Fiction (Sci-fi) series that follows the story of five ordinary people across the globe as they struggle to make sense of the chaos unraveling around them following an alien invasion that is a threat to humanity. 

Invasion was created by Simon Kinberg (X-Men, The Martian, Deadpool) and David Weil (Hunters, Citadel) and premiered on October 22, 2021 on Apple TV+
