Laurel Stuart is a Doctor of Acupuncture in Alberta, Canada. She’s also a massage and yoga therapist, an educator, and author of upcoming book, Energetic Anatomy Made Easy: Create Better Health Through An Understanding of Your Chakras and Meridians.

Laurel is the founder of Vibrational Yin, a style of yoga that includes the stimulation of acupoints, primarily using sound while practicing yin yoga postures.
