This week I am joined by journalist Scott Burnstein. Joseph "Chickie" Ciancaglini was a capo in the Philly Mafia. He had three sons and after going to prison in the 80's, the sons were embroiled in a feud that pitted two factions of the Philly family against each other. It would eventually turn into a Shakespeare like tragedy.
