Description

Husband and Wife cover Psalms 100 - 101[[Support our Campaign to raise funds for our live broadcast equipment]] https://giveb.co/s/YOmP73Psalm 100: An Exhortation to Thanksgiving / Jubilate. Starts, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands." This is a hymn psalm, a song for a specific thanksgiving sacrifice in Solomon's Temple made in order to fulfill a vow. We gonna jubilate so damn hard when we finish Psalms. But fr!Psalm 101: A Pledge to Live Righteously. Starts, "I will sing of mercy and judgment." This psalm provides warnings for the wicked while explaining the benefits the righteous will reap. Ugh, David is such a hypocritical creepus! It all sounds like horse feathers and applesauce to us. Husband and Wife are two non-believers who have always wanted to read the Bible. Why would we subject ourselves to this you might ask? From our perspective it helps us understand where the Christians around us, here in the Midwest, are coming from when they quote the Bible at us. Husband is basically an Atheist and wife leans Agnostic but mostly Atheist and we're just having some fun at the Bible's expense while learning more about what our neighbors claim we're going to hell over.
