Description
Todd joins us tonight to discuss his new collaboration project Heroes & Monsters, how it came together, answers our deep dive questions surrounding the tracks and even tackles a Listener questions about the New Years eve Bruce Kulick Vegas concert.
Todd is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer. He is most noted for being the bass player and back up singer in Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators, as well as fronting former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick’s band.
Heroes & Monsters was formed with two other rock n' roll lifers and friends, Guitarist Stef Burns, who has has spent time playing with acts like Y&T, and Alice Cooper, and drummer Will Hunt who currently resides in Evanescence and has played with Black Label Society, Staind, Vince Neil, Slaughter, and more.
The band approaches their style with their influences in tow, but also with an understanding and appreciation of the current rock scene. A best of both worlds scenario, if you will.
It may only be the first month of the year, however Heroes & Monsters is guaranteed to be a top contender for rock album of the year.
The band's self-titled debut will be released on January 20, 2023.
A great unique conversation filled with in-depth antidotes and disclosures found only here at Metal Mayhem ROC.
