And we're on to part two of the Great EH Tier List Extravaganza. Catalyst, DreamKing, MajinTenshinhan, and I have ranked the entire Street Fighter 5 roster in order from weakest to strongest and have averaged all of our opinions into one big list. Last week we spoke on the bottom 10 as we organized characters 35 through 26, this time we're tackling the middle of the pack with 25 to 11.
