As mentioned in the video, the German Word "Selig" can mean a lot of things, depending on the context but it best translates to: "blissful" or "blessed".  
Helium Vola is billed as "Medieval electronic music" quite a paradox, but if you listen to it, you surely get it. 
The composer is the other half of the Darkwave duo  @Deine Lakaien  , which are quite well known in Germany / Europe.  
This song is clearly not for everyone, nevertheless I highly recommend it, as it is a nice dreamy soundscape which takes you through space and time and is just gorgeous to dream to.
