I do not know anything about this artists, besides that I know what "Urfaust" originally meant as I life close to one of the places where Goethe lived and worked. 
Besides that, it is also hard to pinpoint what this music really is. It is dark and gloomy / doomy, with a strange vocal style, BUT I really like it, so might you, and that's why I highly recommend to check out this over 8 minute long track:
