Description
Conservative commentators want to focus on the comedic relief of the Democratic primary to avoid taking a side in the GOP one. But the contrast could not be clearer: Do we want a king or a leader? Do we want substance and results, or do we want entertainment and a soap opera? I use DeSantis’ border plan as an opportunity to contrast his policies with Trump's — even on issues that on paper are very similar. Trump agrees with all these points, but he failed to deliver as president. I explain exactly how and why he failed us on immigration and how that manifested with other issues as well, such as debt, crime, riots, and even judicial picks. We need discipline, focus, policy smarts, articulation, personnel savvy, and the ability to message through media cycles that will paint our policies as mean and harsh.

Making State Legislatures Great Again - Ep. 34: There is a good chance that no new conservatives will be elected to the U.S. Senate. Few if any conservatives will be on ballots for the House. As for the GOP Presidential nominee... well... So what are conservatives left with? Daniel and Joe argue it is the best hope, and possibly best strategy for conservatives to regain a foothold in the political arena. It isn't an easy or quick solution, but it would have lasting and important effects on the political landscape for years to come. by Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz
