Description
I went nuts after reading a piece in Christianity Today called “It’s Time to Forgive Each Other Our Pandemic Sins.” It encourages us to forgive one another (agreed) and stop relitigating the past (disagreed). This article epitomizes why we need new Christian elites/leaders. There is no recognition that Christian elites—such as Christianity Today—cast judgement on believers who didn’t buy into their narrative; get the jabs; believe in the efficacy of masks; or didn’t want to shut down churches, etc. There is no recognition that information was indeed available that could’ve led us to sanity and liberty, but our Christian elites ignored it and joined forces with the tyranny of the Power State. I am called to forgive, but I am not called to trust them.
