Then, when it became clear the judge wouldn't be siding with them, they hired a lawyer who had previously interned for the judge, forcing him to recuse himself.   In hour two, we will discuss the news from the Supreme Court that for the first time in 11 years, the Supreme Court will hear a major gun rights case. This time, the Supreme Court will review the constitutionality of New York's requirement that concealed carry applicants prove they have "proper cause" to need to defend themselves.
