Welcome to episode 900 of the Pod Maverick show. Kirk and Josh record a day early, since news broke this morning from Shams Charania and Chris Haynes that Kyrie Irving had pushed for LeBron James to join him in Dallas. As the day wore on though, the story fell apart and it was a clear push from Kyrie's agent, which happens to be his stepmother. It's all a story about leverage, Kyrie's new contract, and just how annoying all this wish casting can be. Oh, and the Mavericks are perhaps in a terrible place in terms of all this team building.
