The NHL's newest General Manager, Craig Conroy, joins the show just a week after being promoted to the General Manager position within the Calgary Flames.   We take the opportunity to talk to Craig about the process that went into him getting the job and find out who he has used as inspiration to mold his own managerial style before shifting focus to find out what exactly he will bring to the Calgary Flames after such a disappointing season. Craig schools us on how he would like to operate within the salary cap and as he lets us know what changes he'll be making and who he's bringing into the program to help bring the Flames back to Stanley Cup Contender status.
