Thanks to a solid Marco Gonzales start and back-to-back jacks from J.P. Crawford and Ty France, the Mariners have returned to .500 with a 3-2 victory over the Athletics. Unfortunately, the win is ultimately overshadowed by a scary injury situation involving France, who exited the game in the bottom of the eighth after being struck on the left wrist by a 94.5 MPH fastball from Trevor May.
