Description

While making her 2017 album 'The Project', Canadian country star Lindsay Ell was given an assignment by her producer, Sugarland's Kristian Bush. Take her favorite album - John Mayer's 'Continuum' - and re-recorded it front to back, playing every part herself. Today Lindsay takes us through the process of breaking down the album that has most inspired her, how she created her own version of the songs and what the process taught her as a guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer and fan. My Favorite Album is a podcast on the impact great music has on our lives.
