We were pleasantly surprised to find Riot diving into a genre mashup not usually tampered with: some horror/comedy. The lovable Madman of Zaun is a darling, little purple medical expert (kind of) with a heart in the, uh, right place? Probably!  Strap yourselves in and try not to look at the cleaver as Dr. Mundo swings his way into healing your obviously injured body.
