Teresita Basa was murdered in her apartment in 1977. Her killer set a fire, effectively destroying all physical evidence, leaving police with nothing to go on. After a while, Teresita’s spirit got tired of having her murder go unsolved, and decided to do something about it.

This is a real thing that happened, you guys, according to detectives, at least.
