Mason shares his baseball story, from high school to college, where he won a couple championships and made a ton of memories. Mason talks about what playing for Coach Berry was like, from his rough demeanor to the way he connected on a personal level with players. Mason shares stories from his time playing for Coach Ostrander at Jones Junior College, where he won a National Championship as a sophomore, and how they met up a few years later at Southern Miss. Mason talks about some of the more memorable moments from his time with the Golden Eagles, including playing Mississippi State and Arkansas in a pair of exciting regionals. Mason shares a little insider information from the time Coach Berry was ejected at the end of the regional against MSU and tore his hamstring in the process. Mason gives his thoughts on the potential that current USM pitching coach Christian Ostrander could be the next head coach for the Golden Eagles.
