Description

On this edition of Sunday night Tunnel Vision USCFootball.com's Ryan Abraham, Chris Trevino and Shotgun Spratling team up to talk about what was a very eventful weekend for the USC athletics department.
On the football front head coach Lincoln Riley landed another highly ranked player out of the NCAA Transfer Portal in former Alabama four-star defensive back Tre'Quon Fegans. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound Fegans took an official visit to USC over the weekend and announced his commitment Sunday morning over social media. Fegans was rated as a cornerback out of high school but he brings the versatility to play safety or the nickel position for USC's defense. Soon after the elder Fegans committed to USC his younger brother Lott Trophy luncheon also picked the Trojans. Anquon Fegans is the top ranked safety in the 2025 recruiting class. The Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson product comes in at 6-foot-1 and 180-pounds and is Riley's first commitment for 2025.
On the basketball side head coach Andy Enfield landed one of the biggest name prospects out there when Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon Bronny James announced he would be attending USC. The son of NBA all-time scoring leader LeBron James is the No. 26 ranked prospect in the class of 2023 and picked the Trojans over Ohio State and Oregon. The 6-foot-3 combo guard joins a recruiting class that includes the No. 1 prospect in the country, Isaiah Collier of Marietta (Ga.) Wheeler.
USC baseball had been in a bit of a slump but got a great series win over a nationally ranked Oregon squad, keeping their postseason hopes alive.
The USC women's beach volleyball squad won an exciting 3-2 match against rival UCLA to win the national championship. The Bruins were the No. 1 seed and had defeated the Women of Troy at the Pac-12 Championships last week. But head coach Dain Blanton's squad came to play on Sunday, earning the upset win and completing the three-peat with their third-straight national championship.
